Winter delivered a little bit of everything with mild temperatures, a roaring wind on Dec. 7, snow and sleet on the 16th followed by 3" snow, sleet, freezing rain on the weekend of the 19th followed by a few days of bitter temperatures. January had spells of snow followed by sleet and rain. February 3rd had a substantial storm that left snow on the ground, then more cycles of snow and rain.
